    We provide a 30-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the trunk anti-slip mat (silicone) you purchased, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
    ●Return conditions: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    ○All accompanying materials and labels must be included.

    ●Obtain return authorization:
    We will send you a return authorization code upon receiving your request. Please indicate this code on the return package.
    ●Sending Returns:
    Please send the product back to our return address and ensure that it is well packaged to prevent damage during transportation. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless there is a product quality problem or the wrong product was sent).
    ●Refund Processing:
    Once we receive and inspect your return product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method, and the specific time may vary depending on the bank processing.
